Alexis Arias Tuesta has had a long path of growth at a youth level. In fact, from 2003 onwards, he changed several clubs before the definitive move to FCB Melgar. The first team to register the midfielder was the Sport Boys Association in 2003 and then moved to Coronel Bolognesi Futbol Club. Subsequently, he will be part of the Academy of Football Club Twente, a militant Dutch team currently in Eredivise (the highest Dutch national competition), since 2010. to 2013. Finally, after a brief experience at Esther Grande, a Peruvian semi-professional club based in Lurin (suburb of Lima), he will move to FBC Melgar, where he will make his professional debut on 1 November 2014 at the match between Universidad San Martin de Porres and FBC Melgar, valid for the 10th day of Liga 1 Clausura, at the age of 18 years and 10 months. From a physical and athletic point of view, the qualities of Alexis Arias Tuesta are evident despite the fact that he is not a real giant (1.65 cm x 64 kg). In fact, he is in possession of great physical strength, resulting among the most vigorous in the field by winning numerous game tackles and duels with his opponents, but his most important feature is the speed that allows him to easily recover meters of play to his opponent. and never to be found out of position during defensive retreat.
