Aron Sanchez grew up in football in the Club Esther Grande de Bentín, a semi-professional team based in Lurin, a suburb of the capital Lima, and then moved from 01/01/18 to the youth academy of the Academica Deportiva Cantolao, a team that plays in the top tier of the Peruvian league , where at 16 years and 15 days he manages to snatch his first call-up, with the bench, in the first team for the match between Pirata FC vs Academica Deportiva Cantolao on 19/05/2019, a match valid for the 14th day of the Liga 1 Apertura 2019.
The following year he made his debut in the first team, playing starter and for all 90 minutes, on the occasion of the match between AD Cantolao vs Club Cienciano of the Liga 1 Apertura championship, resulting by far the youngest rookie of the season at 16 and 8 months.
From this moment on, if not on rare occasions, Aron Sanchez never leaves the starting lineup of the Cantolao first team, to the sound of great performances also seasoned by several goals (currently he is at 6 goals between clubs and youth national teams), often proving to be among the best in the field of his team, although the results are not the best.
Sanchez has played under age in all the youth national teams in which he has been called up or Peru U16; subsequently Peru U17 with which he also participated in the U17 South American Championship in 2019, where he stood out with great performances. On 12/12/2020 he also made his debut with the U20 national team in the friendly lost against Chile 2-1 but being among the best in the field of him.
He has recently listed as the 25° best 2003 of the world.
Aron Sanchez is right foot but has also a very decent left foot that allows him to play indifferently both as a central left and right in a back four. Despite his young age, he is already endowed with great physical structure (1.85 cm x 74 kg) combined with excellent basic technical qualities such as oriented control and dribbling from below. Aron is a footballer with good tactical sense as he can read very well, during the 90 minutes, most of the defensive game situations, often putting the attacking opponents offside or in great difficulty in freeing himself from his marking as he is very good at preventive markings, as well as endowed with excellent tactical intelligence for his age. In addition, the young Peruvian central emerges and stands out a lot in the eyes of the insiders for his defensive closures, favoring spectacular, sometimes risky, interventions such as the slip or the advance where he often wins against the opposing attackers. Sanchez also possesses excellent technical skills both in the direct launch to the central strikers, and in the openings on the side bands for the full backs or the offensive wings, often resulting very precise and well calibrated. He is not afraid of proposing himself in the goal zone on set pieces as he has excellent elevation and good timing in the header, especially at the far post. From a character point of view, he is certainly in possession of a great personality, as evidenced by his strong leadership and charisma despite his young age, guiding his teammates like a veteran and knows how to take on important responsibilities both in the construction phase and in the approach.
