SCOUTING DEPARTMENT
We are a company that works as an external Scouting Department with professional clubs all around the world.
Our scouting department count on 30 scouts who are covering different countries in every continent. Our goal is to have the deepest informations about the players we discover, realizing professional studies about them and collecting every kind of information that can give us a clear vision not only of the player but also of the person.
We have developed a network of insiders that are almost in every country, giving us the possibility to reach deep informations and almost every contact in an impressive timing.
Knowing our partner clubs budgets and philosophy we help them in identifying the right players for their targets. Every club knows that thanks to us they can implement their scouting possibilities world wide so much that is not possible to compare a standard club scouting activity with what we do.

ACADEMY PROJECTS
Our company is specialized in develop Academy projects, building it from zero or helping an existing one in evolving and reach the highest level. We've done it already in Italy, in Latvia, Canada, Nigeria and Tajikistan. We mostly have worked with Federations but also with loacl entities, the basic requirement for us is to work with people that have strong ambition and determination in becoming the best Academy of the country. We know how to do it, and which are the key points to develop.
There are many things behind an Academy Project, we start from developing the key sector who give to the Academy visibility, locally and world wide, then we proceed creating the possibility for the Academy to increment their incomes through special plans that can bring not only new economical entrances but also more visibility itself. We don't go in details here, we sign a non disclosure agreement with our Academy partners and then start the whole process.

We've partecipated to the Viareggio Tournament 2023 with the Nigerian Academy called Ladegbuwa. This game was the first of the Tournament against the professional Brazilian Club of Sport Recife. Ladegbuwa for three months became our family and the success we lived together was just a part of the satisfaction these boys gave us.
SCOUTING COURSE
What we offer here is an innovative student-teacher path, a fresh way to start a journey in Football avoiding the many Scouting Courses in the market who left many people disillusioned missing a connection between the lessons and the student goal: enter in Football, turning the passion in a remunerated job. The lessons will be with me, Giulio D'Alessandro, Company Owner, one to one or maximum in a group of three, depending on the preferences of the student. The course will have a start but will not have an end if not in the moment in which the goal will be reached. We don't want to speculate on who, like us when we started, has a dream and wants to find a way to make it comes true. We have successfully formed different persons who now are our partners, we also involved our students in our international projects and in the company, as three of them are now Company Stockholders. REPRESENTATION
We represent Football Players and Coaches all around the World. For us this is not just a job but a life mission. Our client luck is our luck, his defeats are ours, his emotions are our emotions. For this reason we are not interested in represent too many clients and for us is a mandatory requirment to like the human qualities of the person. So before to decide to represent or not a client we meet him and get feedbacks from people that know him in which we trust.
Behind the representation of a football player there is a big hidden world. We think that build a professionist cannot be separated from building the human behind it. We have our methodologies to help the players in this process, remembering them that the life outside of the football pitch is important as much as the life inside it.
The biggest majority of the football players, have so much free time during the day that they cannot even imagine how to use it, ending mostly in dangerous time with the phone in the hands and a mental energy that go down without being stimulated.
For us this is unacceptable. We offer all the stimulations necessary to take a life outside of the football ground and make it shine.
