ACADEMIES AND PROJECTS

Our company is specialized in develop Academy projects, building it from zero or helping an existing one in evolving and reach the highest level. We've done it already in Italy, in Latvia, Canada, Nigeria and Tajikistan. We mostly have worked with Federations but also with loacl entities, the basic requirement for us is to work with people that have strong ambition and determination in becoming the best Academy of the country. We know how to do it, and which are the key points to develop.

There are many things behind an Academy Project, we start from developing the key sector who give to the Academy visibility, locally and world wide, then we proceed creating the possibility for the Academy to increment their incomes through special plans that can bring not only new economical entrances but also more visibility itself.

We don't go in details here, we sign a non disclosure agreement with our Academy partners and then start the whole process.

NIGERIA

Our project in Nigeria was to promote the best players of an Academy called Ladegbuwa. The idea was to do it brining the whole team in Europe partecipating to Tournaments and friendly games. 

We decided to subscribe the team in the World most important U19 Tournament for clubs, the famous and traditional Viareggio Cup, the tournament where players like Paolo Rossi, Roberto Baggio, Francesco Totti, Andres Iniesta, Philip Lahm, Christian Vieri, Andrea Pirlo, Edinson Cavani, Mario Balotelli, Romelu Lukaku, played and performed at the end of their youth career. Once secured the partecipation we set

the ambition in give the possibility to at least the best players of the team, six players, these who had the potential to play in Europe in our opinion, to stay in Europe finding clubs where make trials and sign contract. We started sending in Nigeria a European coaching staff who prepared the team in order to be ready for the Tournament. We made seven days of preparation also in Italy, playing a friendly game against a local team. The tournament was a great experience for everyone, the team played probabily the best football of the competition,being also able to win the first game against the professional Brazilian team of Sport Recife. At the end of the tournament, our six best players stayed in Eruope, with different clubs, where after one year they still are.

This game was the first of the Tournament against the professional Brazilian Club of Sport Recife. Ladegbuwa for three months became our family and the success we lived together was just a part of the satisfaction these boys gave us.

TAJIKISTAN

We got mandate from Tajikistan Football Federation to take part of the project of the biggest Academy in the country, building the staff and helping in the techical direction and the visibility strategies. Signing an agreement with Juventus FC the Academy visibility got immediately to the highest hipe in the country. The possibility to invite Juventus stars like David Trezeguet was a great visibility opportunity to give the impulse to a strong subscription campaign. 

We built the technical staff with coaches from Italy like Federico Sbarbati and Andrea Gallo (Bologna FC), and our actual member of the board Marcandrea Perbellini, who became the Technical Director of the entire project, building relationships not only with the President of the Federation but also meeting the President of the country. The success of the Academy came from the high number of subscriptions and from the exportation of players in Italy where three of them attended trials and succesfully got proposals and interests from clubs like AS Roma, Atalanta and Juventus itself. 

SIERRA LEONE

Together with Sierra Leone Football Federation we are working to bring the country in the next step of their Football Development. Sierra Leone is a country full of talented football players, very passionate about this sport and with the ambition to reach a new level pushing on overcome their actual limits. 
Sierra Leone still doesn't have a Youth Football System, there isn't any Youth League and all the Academies there can only compete organizing friendly games. We are bringing there the Know-How, the possibility to implement their visibility through a new Scouting Platform, the opportunity to build a bridge with Europe in order to move there their best players.
