SCOUTING COURSE - D'ALESSANDRO SCOUTING

CONCRETE INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE JOURNEY
1) The lessons are private. To reduce the cost of the course it's possible to do it in an online class of three people by the most.

2) The course is divided into four parts:
a) Know the Student and identification of the appropriate goals.
b) Theoretical part. Learn to use the tools necessary to develop advanced scouting methodologies.
c) Guided internship with D'Alessandro Scouting to put into practice what the student learned.
d) Continuation of the path by developing student's own market and creating the necessary background to become independent and develop concrete possibilities to be paid by the clubs.

3) The lessons will be held directly by me and the other three directors of D'Alessandro Scouting: Marcandrea Perbellini (Resp. Africa; D.T. Juventus Academy Dushambe), Jacopo Aglietti (Resp. Information Department; Match Analyst NK Istra 1961 and Partizan Belgrade) and Jacopo Palmieri (Chief Scout D' Alessandro Scouting).

4) Since day one the student will have access to D'Alessandro Scouting Network, it means he will be able to reach the contacts of almost every club and agent in the World of Football.

5) The student will be able to partecipate, free of charge, to every D'Alessandro Scotuing Activity such as Scouting Trip, Football Tournaments and other kind of projects. Go forward in this page to know more.

GOALS OF THE COURSE

To develop the know-how and the familiarity with the tools necessary to enter in Football and work.
To develop an understanding of how to build a profile able to earn credits from Clubs, Agents and Players.
To have access to D'Alessandro Scouting world wide netwoork and use it for his own journey.
To be involved in D'Alessandro Scouting Activities as Scouting Trip (all expenses covered) and more.
Start to make activities with the concrete possibility to be involved in football transfer.
Become partners of D'Alessandro Scouting and work to make deals together 50-50.

To enter in the world of football is the desire of many people, passion and love for this sport have such deep roots in our cultures and many of us were/are pushed to try to climb this mountain of dreams. In 2009 I was among these people and now, with a Company that became a reference point in the World of Scouting, I want to transmit this know-how. But what does it mean to enter the world of football?
It means making it a job, getting paid.

After entering in football without any support and having worked my way up as a scout for agents, in 2015 I had the opportunity to collaborate with a Premier League club in Latvia, FK Metta, covering the role of Market Consultant. From that moment on my possibilities increased; the first payments came in and I had the opportunity and the credibility to structure an extensive network completed with the foundation of D'Alessandro Scouting. The journey continued by structuring consultancy relationships with various Professional Clubs in different countries and develop an innovative methodology that could make our name different from the others. We reached our actual structure in 2021 when the Scouting Department of D'Alessandro Scouting was founded. Thanks to that we are now a market consultant for teams all over the world and main charachters of international projects that goes from the foundation of football academies in every country (we've already done it in Canada, Nigeria and Tajikistan) to the management of teams in prestigious tournaments, from the development of new platforms to collaboration with foreign federations with the aim of developing their football potential.

In these projects we have involved many of the students we have had at D'Alessandro Scouting courses: we are talking about scouting trips (all expenses covered) for in Africa, the latest we had were in Nigeria and Sierra Leone (where then we started a project with the Federation), technical management and composition of the staff for the Viareggio Tournament with the Nigerian team Ladegbuwa and technical management and composition of the staff for the Juventus Academy in Dushambe (Tajikistan).

IMPROVING NATIONAL FOOTBALL MOVMENT - SIERRA LEONE PROJECT

We are very sincere and frank about it: we don't want to sell illusions. Entering the world of football and working earning money is extremely difficult, it is a close castal and elitary world, a real hard mountain to climb. At the same time we would like to say that with the right methods, with the right mindset, that includes determination and patience, it can be achieved. We would also like to underline that a student who decides to undertake this path with us makes a pact and an alliance that does not dissolve until the goal has been achieved. We don't want to speculate on people's dreams, we want to be different from others and to put the other at the centre, also because as I said, years ago we ourselves were in the same position, and those who decide to summon the courage to do a decisive nonconformist act, and attempt the most difficult path to achieve more ambitious goals, are ourself some years ago. Long time ago, in my first years in football, I myself signed up for various courses and, like me, many of the guys who are now part of D'Alessandro Scouting. Unfortunately, despite significant expenses incurred, almost all of us were left with a bitter taste in our mouths and that desolate feeling of disorientation produced by the fact that after hours of lessons also given by leading professionals of football, in some cases even our own idols, we were not able to he had nothing in hand except the perception of having wasted time and money watching conferences and almost inevitably having to return to "reality".

Based on these considerations, after years of chatting about it among us at D'Alessandro Scouting, we decided to give life to something different, new, international (we speak fluent English and Spanish), a breath of fresh air and optimism that it was not just a course but a PATH, that it did not have a beginning and an end but continued until the final goal will be reached. We want to set up something different, we don't want to speculate, we want to build partners and contribute to the growing up of part of the next generation of football workers around the world.
