oUR SCOUTING DEPARTMENT

We are a company that works as an external Scouting Department with professional clubs all around the world.

Our scouting department count on 30 scouts who are covering different countries, we are present in every continent. Our goal is to have the deepest informations about the players we discover, realizing professional studies about them and collecting every kind of information that can give us a clear vision not only of the player but also of the person behind the player.

Our idea is to put the person in the middle of our Scouting Activity, transforming the figure of the scout in a charachter who is closer to a secret agent then to a person that just give technical opinions. Inside each country we've built a larger network composed by journalists, local scouts, coaches and agents who are able to give to our scouts the possibility to collect a very big number of background informations that allow us in be very effective and deep in the realization of a professional scouting reportage that can make clubs know in deep a player and his situation. This wide network is the result of our 14 years of activities in the world of football.

For us opinions, even the more detailed, can't be enough without deep informations.

We have developed a network of insiders, that are almost in every country, that give us the possibility to find many informations and almost every contact in an impressive timing.

Knowing our partner clubs budgets and philosophy we help them in identifying the right players for their targets. Every club knows that thanks to us they can implement their scouting possibilities world wide so much that is not possible to compare a standard club scouting activity with what we do.

We teached scouting in the University of Football in Rome, and our methods are considered innovative and creative in a way that redefinise the charachter of the scout and the scouting principles.

Our scouting approach is based on our intention to study a player at 360°, our partner clubs knows our methods very well, if you are a Sport Director or the Head of Scouting of a club you can contact us and we will be glad to introduce yourself our work.

Our partner clubs are not charged for this service thanks to our revolutionary economical agreements that give to the clubs the possibility to have the strongest Scouting Department in football without the needs of a budget for it.
