Mohammad has been passionate about football since childhood. He has followed international football since the 1990’s and retains a good memory of players, clubs and national teams. Mohammad had completed his bachelor’s degree in International Relations and has worked in the field of diplomacy for two years before turning his attention to sports and he obtained an MBA in Sports Management degree from the Real Madrid International School / Universidad Europea de Madrid in 2013; his group project focused on establishing a school that emphasizes equal importance between academics and sporting development.
After completing his studies in Europe, Mohammad returned to Jordan to work in sports, starting with a position with the Jordan Football Association Grassroots Centres and the Under-16 National Team. He then joined the Sport for Development project by the German International Development Programme in Jordan as a technical advisor, which focused on social development through sporting activities. During this time, Mohammad obtained coaching licenses from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the German Football Association (DFB) and he has trained boys and girls of different ages in schools across Jordan. He has since joined the Jordan Olympic Committee as the manager of the Olympic Preparation Programme which focused on planning the roadmaps for the top Jordanian sporting talents to achieve international and Olympic success.
