In his early 20' he came up with an event tracking program for football called Clever Coach and it was designed to support clubs, coaches and players by collecting micro-data during matches. AdaptSoft was a programming firm from Katowice, Poland, which helped him to create this tool. They started testing it with a local 5th league team in Warsaw (Drukarz Warszawa) from 2013-2015. At the same time he became the Head of Analytics and helped the team advance to the 4th league in the 2014/15 season.
A few years later he started working as a video scout with an independent scouting agency from North Americ producing reports for young prospects thanks to his experience from Drukarz Warszawa. In the next 4 years he cooperated with:
- two different scouting agencies.
- two under-20 European clubs and their Head Coaches.
- junior players, by becoming their personal video / development coach.
- Pro Russian League Team (KHL) assistant coach, by video scouting players for his team.
Outside of that he had a few scouting projects such as "Talented yet Unranked" and "Russian Gem Hunt". His main goal was to project the potential of the best under-the-radar Russian based junior players.
