Andrija Katic started his career with Jagodina, where he played 3 games at the age of 15 in the Serbian Second Division. He was immediately called by Serbian U17 National Team, playing the game against Bosnia on September 2018. He was on the bench in the U17 European Games Qualifiers. He was signed by giant Serbian Club Red Star Belgrade, where at the age of 18 in the season 2019/20 he played as starter the UEFA Youth League. Red Star Belgrade and Katic made impressive performance in that competition, reaching the Quarter Finals against Midtylland. In that season he was named man of the match in the game against Bayern Munchen, ended 0-0 in Germany and played impressive games against Bayern in the second leg (1-1), Tottenham (2-0) and Olympiakos (1-0). He made also debut in U18 National Team in the game against Italy. In 2020/21 he was loaned to Buducnost Dobanovci in Serbian Second Division and played as regular starter, he played 30 games with 9 clean sheet and 32 goals suffered; he played also against Red Star Belgrade in Serbian Cup. He played with Serbia U19 in the game against Bosnia and with U20 in the game against Italy. In the present season 2021/22 he was loaned for the first six month to Second Division Club IMT Belgrad where he was regular starter, playing 15 league games and suffering only 13 goals with 5 clean sheet.
