ABOUT HIM
After having played football for several years at amatorial levels, Sbarbati started his coaching career. He started working as assistant coach in different categories of Italian Football Youth System. After 3 years, he became the First Coach having the responsability of the whole team. In the meantime he got Master Degree in Sciences of Sport at the University of Carlo Bo in Urbino. He also took two Official Football Cartificate: -Coni/Figc -Coach Uefa B License From 2014 he started to travel and make Stages with clubs like Bayern Munchen, Lokomotiv Moskow, Ilves (Finland) and Hajduk Split. He was in Russia three different times for a total of 5 months, there he coached a team called Kabardinka for a Tournament. Between the young players he coached those are the boys who was signed from Italian Serie A and B Professional Clubs:

DEFENSIVE PHASE
"In the opponent's midfield players have to play the defensive phase 1vs1. Put pressure on the opponents recovering the ball or putting the opponent in the risk of loosing the ball or making mistakes. Anticipation and rhytm, pressure and aggressivity. Be close, tight. Players have to develop a competitive mentality that will allow them in putting all their energies and determination during the challenges for the ball."

"My goals as Coach are to make my players understand the importance of the Trainings, making them enjoying the sessions and developing the awareness of the progress that a player can do daily. I want always to create a strong emphaty between the players in order to see each other as a team and not only as an individual player. I want a team that always play the ball with awareness, never throwing long balls for fear or lack of possibilities. The team has to build the play from the goalkeeper and the defense, every single player of the team has to touch the ball during the actions, this will lead to a development of football mentality of every player. To do this kind of play I always work on the movements without the ball of the players, they have to understand and practise on the right position to find in order to be an elegible choice for their teammate with the ball. Concerning the tactic, I don't want to build a team on a preagreed tactic, I want to build a tactic on the aviable players I have. I sometimes change the tactic when I want to put new stimulus and help them in improving working on new movements and new plays". POSSESSION PHASE "I train the team in order to develop a qualitative possession of the ball. The accurancy and the power of the passes have to be always trained in order to be able to maintain the possession of the ball in the opponent's midfield. Players have to learn how to change position with their teammates and find themselves in places where they have to use other qualities than in ther standard position. The team has to play wide in order to put the opponents in the conditions of leaving some open spaces while they try to run after our possession." CAREER
