Description & Career
​Fotis Kotsonis is a National Cypriot footballer who currently plays for Enosis Neon Paralimni FC U19. His main position is central midfielder, in the positions of number 6 and 8. He is highly regarded for his stamina, technic, fast thinking, fast decision making, long pass, smart pass, discipline, concentration and intelligence (he has top positive attitude). He is very motivated, passionate and strong-willed player because his father was also a professional football player in Cyprus Top Level of football. He always listens to his coach's instructions and follow their game plan but at the same time he isn't afraid to show off his individual skills during a match. Fotis has great knowledge of the game positional play, awareness, vision, adaptability, instinctive reaction, and inventiveness. He can easily divide his role equally between attack and defence and to dominate the play around the centre of the pitch. He is considered one of the most promising young players in Cyprus and many European Clubs from UK, Germany, Italy and Greece are following his development. He played with U19 of Enosis Neon Paralimni since he was only 15 years old. During this last season he fully participated to the First Team Preparation of Enosis in Bulgaria and usually trained with the First Team. With National Team he played as Captain with the U17 during the U17 European Championship Qualifications games against France and Slovakia.
