CAREER
Idriz Voca began his football career at the age of 16 with his debut in the Swiss U18 Elite League with the shirt of Luzern U18. He played a total of 34 games scorign 10 goals with the U18 selection. At the age of 19 he became a regular member of the first team of Luzern in the Swiss top division. He quickly became an important player of the team playing in his first season 1.653' in 19 games, it was the best season of the last years for the club that got the third place. In the season 2018/19 he became key player of the team with 36 games with 1 goal and 5 assists, FC Luzern at the end of the season reached the 5th. In 2019/20 in 38 games he scored 3 goals, the team reached the 6th place. In 2020/21 he just played two games before to leave for Turkey for a transfer fee of 380k. In Turkey with Ankaracucu he played 27 games with only 14 in the starting eleven. The club got relegated at the end of the reason being the third last club of the table. His last months of salary wasn't paid by the club, he won FIFA court the sentece. After having be part of the Albanian and Kosovo U21 Selection, Idiz became part of the Kosovo Senior National Team, mading his debut in the friendly game against Madagascar in March 2018. He played a total of 15 games until now (09/21) with the Senior National team, including games against Denmark, England, Sweden and Spain. By now he is not an active member of the selection. He never soffered serious injuries,

​TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Idriz Voca is a defensive midfielder able to play in front of the defense in the middle of a 4-3-3 and as well in a 4-2-3-1 in couple with another player. He played as well as box to box midfielder, in my opinion not a position that can take the best out of him. He is a player able to put hard pressure to the opponents and to fight for the ball thanks to his aggressivenes and good physicality. He has a good sense of positioning and ability in reading opponents actions, but his best quality is the vision and the quality in the playmaking when he plays in a team that play wide and with full backs and wingers on the sideline. He is able to change the side of the game with superb long range passes, horizontally and vertically. He is a player that needs to get the ball when the team is setting up the play with the possibility to use this quality. He has also a good shooting ability.

STATISTICAL CONCLUSION & PREVISION 

Idriz Voca played his last game in June with the Kosovo national team after a rather complicated season in Turkey with Ankaraguku. We are talking about a player who in his last season did not have much continuity both from the point of view of performance and of minutes and this is evident from our indexes and statistics.
Precisely for this reason the index that gives us the most idea of the individual is the minute index, or the index weighed on the minutes played by the individual player.
In fact, Idriz has a higher minute index than the AGF midfield average and much higher than the League average, which in addition to the "impact" value gives us guarantees on his adaptability in the Danish League and in AGF.

SCOUTING CONCLUSION & PREVISION

I believe that between the players available on the market he can be considered a very good target, he is actually free agent since 6 months so the possibility to negotiate a good deal are high. It seems that with Ankaracucu he was getting 300k net a year (we are not 100% sure on this - agent feedback). In any case it seems he would agree on 200k net a year. I personally believe the possibility to negotiate more and go down to a lower salary are big if possible to make him feels that AGF can be the right club to rescue his career. 
In our personal opinion he is a player to sign to build the team, but not a key element to fight for win the league, he will not change the level of the club.
