Ignacio Jeraldino started his career with Union San Felipe. In 2011 he made his debut with first team, in the game against Santiago Wanderers, he was only 15 years old. He played in chile, with San Felipe until summer 2014, when european clubs started to press him. Italian Serie A club, Parma, decided to take the player on loan, with an option for buy him at the end of the season. With Parma youth, under coach Hernan crespo, he was one of the best players, scoring 6 goals in 10 games. He was the man of the match in the game against Inter, one of the best teams of the tournament, where he scored 2 goals. He left Parma in the january of 2015, due to financial crisis of the club that in few months has lead the team to failure. Once back in Chile he was immediatly called by Chile U20 for the 2015 South American Cup. Coach of Chile U20 gave him the shirt nr.9, the same he dressed with Parma, and the key of chile offensive line. He played all the 4 games of the tournament. During the last 6 months of 2015 he played with Union La Calera, scoring 2 goals. Now he is the regular starter of his former team where he scored 6 goals in the first 12 games of 2016.

DESCRIPTION
Jeraldino is a quality striker, he has a good control of the ball and a good technique. Quick feet and at the same time a big body with which he is able to cover the ball and make his teammates gain pitch spaces. He is a good coordination in the volley and a powerful presence in the air. He is able to play with both feet. An humble person, very fit for training, with a strong will and always ready to support and help the squad. He knows his possibilities and potential and he works daily, very hard, in order to improve himself and reach his highest level. He is an example of dedication and determination, very positive for his teammates. Big body, good speed. Balanced, able to be with his back to the goal and fight with opponents centre back gaining space. He has a very good jumping ability, even from standstill. He has good coordination ability, very similar to compatriot Mauricio Pinilla.
