CAREER
Islam Zairov is without doubts one of the biggest talent of his country; he started his career with  Lokomotiv Pamir where he played in the Youth Academy. He was always part of the Tajikistan National Team, since the U16 with which he played in the Asian Cup of Nations U16 of 2018 playing as captain and Nr.10. He helped his selection to get a superb result, they reached the final against Japan getting the qualification for the U17 World Cup of 2019, scoring 3 goals and serving 2 assist in 6 games. In the beginning of 2019 Tajikistan U17 took part to the UEFA Development Tournament U17, where Zairov, playing with Nr. 10, scored against Belgium in a game tied 1-1 and against Finland. In June to prepare the World Cup Tajikistan played in the Granatkin Memorial U18. Zoirov scored three goals, one of these against Greece U18, he also served two assists. During the U17 World Cup Tajikistan won the debut game against Cameroon for 1-0, Zairov was Nr. 10 and Captain of the team. They losed the second and third game against Spain and Argentina, games where Zairov showed his talent at the highest level. 
At the end of these experiences with Youth National Team he was called by Senior National Team of Tajikistan, scoring one goal in seven games. At club level he made his debut with First Team of Lokomotiv Pamir playing with Nr.10 and captain band. He scored 3 goals in 12 games. He was signed by the best club of the country, Istiqlol, whith which he played Asian Champions League and scored 2 goals in 20 games.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Islam Zairov is a typicall Nr.8/10 who play at his best receiving the ball between opponents line in the offensive phase. He is a player with a very good controll of the ball and with ability in the first touch. He is able to play the ball fast but also to drive it between opponents, even under pressure, he has a good dribbling ability. He is able to shoot from outside of the penalty area, he has vision, quality in the touches and a fast mind.

TACTICAL DESCRIPTION
He is a nr.8 able to be effective as creative midfielder. He is also a very good playmaker that can start to play some meters lower, despite of his young age he has the personality to be the guide of his team. He can play also as nr.10. He has the quality and the rhytm to play in the traffic and also be effective in the counter attacks, he lacks the physicality and the defensive attitude of a pure nr. 6 that in my opinion he can do only as playmaker and not as holding midfielder playing in a 4-2-3-1 in couple with a very physical and defensive player. 

CHARACHTERIAL DESCRIPTION
Zairov is first of all an honest person. He is the kind of boy your would define trustworthy, serious and committed to his duties. Independent, concrete and down to earth. Once he has given his word he will keep it because he feels he has a responsibility in the people who bet on him. His dream is to achieve the highest level of football representing a resource to help his country.

He wants to excel, he is not one who is satisfied with second place, he is tremendously ambitious. As much as he wants to get to the top, he will go streaight to the point. He’s Competitive and he likes to entertain while playing. He has great energy that he manages to perform well in any sports. He knows he's going to have to work hard to get to the top and he knows how hard he's going to put in, he's a real hard worker.

For him it is very important to stay in shape, to look good and to make a good impression. He likes to have a social environment as an audience, or as a reassurance of his ego, he likes to have people around. He expresses himself clearly, good to have exchange of ideas, he has a strong desire to express himself.
