Born in Spain to Bolivian parents, grew up in the youth sector of Barcelona where he played from 2012 to 2017. Purchased from SPAL, made his professional debut on 4 December 2019 replacing Sergio Floccari in the final minutes of the Coppa Italia match won 5-1 against Lecce; on 22 July he made his debut in Serie A, taking over the resumption of the match lost 6-1 against Roma. On October 4, 2020 he receives the first call-up from the Bolivian national team in view of the qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup against Brazil and Argentina where, however, he is not used. On 11 June 2021 he was included in the squad list for the Copa América and four days later he made his debut playing as a starter the match lost 3-1 against Paraguay where he was sent off for the sum of yellow cards at the end of the first half. |
DESCRIPTION
Great body structure and stamina, Jaume is able to play on both winger positions thanks to his capacity to control the ball inside the pitch and wide. Very good run and cross skills, foundaamental in the tactic scheme of SPAL leading the team as captain to the finals of Primavera. He is also able to play giving the back to the offensive goal thanks to his capacity to use the body to cover the ball and get free kicks for the team
