CAREER
​He began his career at the youth sector level in the Merilinense area, before moving to Vizela first, and then to São Paio D'Arcos. In July 2020 he moved from São Paio D'Arcos to AD Fafe, the Portuguese third division team. In the 2020-2021 season he puts together 4 appearances scoring 1 goal. In the current season, however, with his current team, FC Estrela Amadora, he boasts 12 matches between the Portuguese Serie B and the national cup, with 6 goals and 1 assist.
Outside of the pitch he achieved a deegree in Biology while playing semi-pro. These achievement are also thanks to the support of his girlfriend and all his family, very humble and aware that the good things can happen only with hard work which is reflected in Paulinho's style of play as well. Even if he has always lived in portugal he still has a good level of english thanks to his studies abovementioned. ​

Paulinho is a modern striker, who combines an important physical structure with a good technique and good speed and mobility. His main feature is the header to finish at the net: inside the area it becomes very dangerous if he is given room to jump. He is very good at playing the bank and in the aerial spikes to facilitate the insertion of his teammates. He becomes dangerous even in the attack at depth, having a good time to enter behind the defensive line. He doesn't excel at dribbling, but he's gifted with a good shot.
