CAREER
Rustam Soirov is the striker of Istiqlol Dushanbe, he is considered one of the brightest talents of Tajikistan. He played in the season 2020, at the age of 18, 16 games with the first team, including one of AFC Cup (Asian equivalent of European Europe League). During that season Soirov scored 8 goals and served 2 assists, giving his contribute to the winning of the title by the club. In the season 2021, the present season, Soirov got an higher number of games played and of goals maintaining an average of one goal every two games, having scored in the domestic league 10 goals in 20 games. He also played 7 games in the Asian Champions League, scoring 1 goal and serving 2 assists. 
He was always part of the Tajikistan National Team, since the U16 with which he played in the Asian Cup of Nations U16 of 2018 playing as starting striker. He helped his selection to get a superb result, they reached the final against Japan getting the qualification for the U17 World Cup of 2019, scoring 2 goals and serving 2 assist in 6 games. In June to prepare the World Cup Tajikistan played in the Granatkin Memorial U18. Zoirov scored two goals, both against Greece U18. During the U17 World Cup Tajikistan won the debut game against Cameroon for 1-0, Zairov was Nr. 10 and Captain of the team. They losed the second and third game against Spain and Argentina, games where Soirov showed his talent at the highest level scoring one goal against Argentina in the 1-3 final result. 
At the end of these experiences with Youth National Team he was called by Senior National Team of Tajikistan playing 6 games.

DESCRIPTION
Rustam Soirov is a striker with a very good pace, agile and skillful, with a good vision of the game, he is able to play also for his teammates as Nr.10, he is cold when he is in front of the goal. Tactically he is a striker that move a lot around the offensive line, he doesn't give any reference point, he is a striker that scores a lot of goals, able to move on the offside line.
