CAREER
He started playing football at the Croatian NK Solin academy where he played until the age of 15 before being discovered by one of the most important teams in the country, Hajduk Split. Up to the Croatian U17 he is considered a player with a bright future and this is demonstrated by the number of international appearances, which are many. Then perhaps a physiological decline of the individual which, however, will be a reason and stimulus for growth for the Croatian talent. With the Hajduk shirt he mainly played with the second team and with the team or the spring so came the call of the Belgian team of Beerschot who gave him confidence and took him home for a sum equal to 450 thousand euros.

Stipe Radic is a player who takes advantage of his physical strength and on man versus man duels. He can play without problems in both a 4 and 3 defense because he is equipped with compatible characteristics for both modules. Despite his long levers, in fact, he has good explosiveness and speed in tight spaces. However, he loves physical contact with the opponent and therefore has the characteristics to play in a 3-man defense with man marking in the area. Very strong in the header. Stipe Radic is must buy player for all the scandinavian clubs considering his ascending also in the national team in which he results to be pre-selected for the neational team. Besides Beereschot is going to be relegated this year and he will leave for sure. Charachterial is a winner, struggles a lot inside when they lose and do every time extra training to become a better player. At the beginning he wasn't playing, then when the other center back has injured and Radic took his place, even when came back, he never loosed his position and played all the official games. He is a very good player that every club should consider deeply.​
