​CAREER
Raised in his hometown club US Ivry, he joined the Scottish side Stenhousemuir on 9 September 2016. On 14 September 2017 he then signed with Airdrieonians, ending the season at Raith Rovers. On 14 August 2018, he joined the Egyptian team of Zed FC. On 21 January 2021 he signed with Jerv, a club that plays in the OBOS-ligaen. 2015-16 season: US Ivry (Championnat National 3: 2 appearances, 1 goal, 90 minutes).

In this first part of the season Willis Furtado has mainly covered the role of right winger, but he was also employed as an attacking midfielder and as an advanced reference in a 3-5-2. In the national team he was also often deployed as a right midfielder. He is a player of great talent and imagination, gifted with remarkable technical qualities, an excellent vision of the game and a good confidence in scoring. In possession of an excellent technique and great ball control, he has the decisive play in his feet and in his repertoire there are effect shots such as the conduction of the ball with the sole, heel strikes, fine touches, tunnels and dribbling of fine workmanship with which he manages to get rid of his opponents. He has great quality, evident for example in the touch of the ball and in the ability to keep the ball always close to the foot when it is running. Gifted with a good physical structure, he uses his physique very well to protect the ball. Possessing good strength and power, he displays good ball-to-foot acceleration. Much sought after by his teammates, he continuously participates in the construction of the offensive action, producing interesting plots and giving quality and unpredictability to the maneuver. He is skilled at first game development. He prefers the ball on his feet starting from a wide position or in any case from a center-right position, to then converge inside the field and score in the last 30 meters with his remarkable dribbling, with his imagination and his quality in pocketing and with its fearsome ballistics. Skilled in unmarking, he often also very much centers his position by being centrally located in the finishing area. When he receives the ball on the frontline, he constitutes a major threat to the opposing defenses, being able to serve through balls to his teammates, to combine quickly in tight spaces and to launch powerful and insidious shots from distance. He repeatedly challenges opponents in dribbling and is also produced in large serpentines and in personal actions of fine workmanship. He is also in possession of good choices when he reaches the cross from the back.
In possession of excellent ballistics, he often tries the conclusion both from distance and from inside the penalty area and draws formidable trajectories in the execution of set pieces. This season he is showing a great vein of achievement, managing to find the way to the goal with regularity and with different solutions: after great personal actions, moving with the right times in the penalty area, concluding with precision, facing the opposing goalkeeper in a situation of one on one, and above all scoring with both feet and also with the head. The depth attack is not one of his main characteristics. He shows a good application in the defensive phase, falling back if necessary even inside the penalty area and still actively participating in the recovery of the ball. Good determination in tackling and phisycal duels.
