Yuriel Celi - Defensive phase
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Celi is a typicall nr.10, able to play the ball with tecnique and able to be unpredictable by the opponents. He is a player difficoult to read by the opponents. He uses to move a lot without the ball looking to get a pass from a teammate and to manage the offensive and playmaking phase. He has a good dribbling ability and a good shooting quality. He has vision and accurancy in the passes. He has also a good physicall strenght, this allow him to play well with his back to the opponent. CHARACTERIAL DESCRIPTION
He is a leader, he trust in his qualities and put all his effort to reach his dream to play football at the highest level. He is an hardworker that come from an humble family, he losed his dad early and he said that grew up a lot for that. He is from a dangerous peruvian barrio, he had problems when police controlled the car of his teammate and it seems they found a gun and drug, however all the sources we heard confirmed Yuriel had nothing to do with that, in fact he was immediately released with official excuses (we have the legal documentation). However the boys from these disadvantages countries are always very close to criminality and it's easy for them, mostly in the young age to be involved in big troubles. Move him out from that envirnoment, since we heard very positive things about him and his family's values will be an assurance for this matter. REFERENCES
Jorge Espejo, former coach of Cantolao “I directed Yuriel since a very young age, I saw him very mature, serious and professional. We must continue to correct things and it is good to know how to manage it well, it is an impressive football project, I think he can take the team on his shoulder. He has grown a lot and I saw that with my eyes. Yuriel is a privileged player, technically very gifted. He has an excellent predisposition to train based on the desire to reach his goal. He is a unique guy because when you give him the message in the right way he takes it more then well. He's a guy who comes from a complicated neighborhood, but he's trying to take advantage of the advice that the majority who try to get close to him can give him. He knows how to distinguish people's intentions. Despite the fact that he came from the street, he has tremendous inner peace, so I think he's fine, it's up to him to take full advantage of his potential as a footballer and add what the Peruvian footballer lacks, which is to become a high-competition athlete. In which you learn to know what to eat, read books and cultivate your body in a gym. It seems to me that he has something more then the others peruvian talents because of the gifted technique he has. He must continue to grow, improve his qualities, attitudes and I'm sure he will be a 'crack' ". STATISTICS
